Wallet Payments Are Final
All funds added to your Astro River wallet are non-refundable to your original payment method under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed and credited to your wallet, it cannot be reversed, returned, or transferred out of the platform.
Consumed Session Time Is Final
Once session time is consumed and deducted from your wallet balance, no reversal or credit is issued. This applies equally to AI consultations, human expert sessions, and all other services. If a session is closed due to inactivity (10 minutes of no response from either side), the consumed time is charged in full — no exceptions. Even if the user returns after the reminder, the minutes during which the user was inactive are charged in full and are not reversed.
Subscription Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for unused subscription time.
No Guarantees
No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy of any astrology prediction, consultation, remedy, product, or service. All services are for entertainment and guidance only. Any reliance on our content is at your sole risk.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@astroriver.com within 7 days of the transaction. All disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Resolution is entirely at the discretion of Astro River Institute.
Jurisdiction
This policy is governed exclusively by the laws applicable in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
