OUR LEGACY
Astro River Institute
Three Generations of Vedic Wisdom
IN MEMORIAM
Shri Manmohan Kumar
Shri Manmohan Kumar was a distinguished Vedic astrologer with exceptional command over Nakshatras and the Ashtakavarga system — knowledge that later became the very foundation on which Astro River was built. Driven by a pure desire to share wisdom rather than professional ambition, he became a beacon of guidance. It was his vision that inspired his son, Armaan — one of his finest students — to create this organisation, ensuring these powerful ancient teachings continue to help the masses.
LEADING THE LEGACY
Dr. Nisha Sharma

As the CEO of Astro River, Dr. Nisha Sharma serves as the operational backbone of the institution, translating ancient wisdom into a seamless, world-class experience. She ensures that the sanctity of the Vedic knowledge is preserved while upholding the precision our distinguished clientele demands. Under her stewardship, Astro River has evolved from a repository of knowledge into a global platform for the modern seeker.
THE VISIONARY
Dr. Armaan Sharma
Founder
As the founder of Astro River, Dr. Armaan carries the lineage of his father, Shri Manmohan Kumar, while redefining the boundaries of Vedic science. On his mother's side, his great-grandfather is remembered in the family as Raj Jyotishi at the Kashmir darbar. Dr. Armaan has pioneered new research into the Ashtakavarga system, developing proprietary methods that decode chart dynamics with unprecedented precision.
"Where others see charts, he sees the soul's blueprint."
This unique fusion of rigorous research and intuitive mastery has allowed him to guide thousands of men and women through their most complex life challenges. Under his vision, astrology transforms from a simple prediction into a definitive roadmap for the journey.
